  Property Management job posted proved to be unsatisfactory.
  I was never a client. I did submit for a job. I sought information before meeting which suggests a reason for the low ratings. I am just guessing that is one gets what one pays for and an 18.00 per hour compensation without a single benefit does not inspire the best work when one is assuming the responsibility of property manager which as listed in the posting are great.
  Finally, why would any employer even consider calling an applicant who would travel 1 to 1.5 hours to get to said job an not even offer a juicy compensation? What is the incentive to drive 10 to 20 hours a week to get to a 18.00 per hour job which offers zero compensation?
  I guess it was a joke. I bet someone set me up for their good laugh. Good I declined the meeting.

  DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!! Had wonderful people signed up ready to go:) After all of the back ground/credit check and large deposit they put down.... this property management insisted on an orientation to meet them( only Monday thru Friday hours), with an additional charge of $50.00, As being part owner I already have to pay $250.00, just to have someone move in.(.$200.00 is refundable if they deem there was no issue and this is the same on Move out) ( Property managers believe there owners) My wonderful professional tenants wanted NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS BUILDING after meeting them:( THEY LITERALLY WENT TO THE MEETING AND CALLED ME AND CANCELLED THE LEASE! the future tenants said " they felt threatened and they don't know how anyone lives there " They were told they were going to be watched by 4 video cameras if they did anything wrong they would be made aware of this. My tenants, were over they age of 40 and were professionals, this management company has ZERO customer service skills. Evan after my father called and spoke to Amanda about it she said she would not even refund the $50.00, orientation fee! Can you imagine they did not even move in because of them....I have been a wonderful owner/landlord with my father and worry about the other owners when I rent to others, but this property management goes way too far! , From here forward I will be working with an attorney and can not wait to get property values back up so I can sell. I almost wish I could move there just too get rid them! I would never trust these people to over see your building or rental unit! I find them to be the "HARDEST OF WOMEN" to work with, and I am a business women! Do not hire them!
