  I started at Team One Mixed Martial Arts four years ago after watching MMA for years prior to training. I've gone from not knowing how to punch & kick properly to being able to do both with speed and power. I've also learned how the grappling aspect works as well. I would highly recommend stopping by Team One MMA if you're interested in learning the fundamentals or if you're looking to up your game

  I actually left another MMA gym to give team one a shot. It was and still is the best decision that I've ever made. Shawn is super down to earth and you can easily tell that he has a passion for teaching and Combat Sports. Also the other members there or extremely friendly. You can tell that everyone there has the sole purpose of building each other up as a team. No one is left behind there.
