  My review is of this specific Potbelly. I am a big fan of Potbelly but my experience at this location have been not so good. Ordered a Tuna Sandwich, the guy who made it must have put less than a teaspoon of Tuna on the sandwich. I guess they were running out so instead of giving me the option to order something else he decided to short change me. when I got the replacement 15 minutes later, there was no Mayo in the tuna. Terrible Experience that deserves a 1 star but I will give 3 stars because the company overall serves good food.

  Can't say enough about this place, quality service, genuine conversation, and the best sandwiches in the area. Management and employees alike do a great job making sure everybody walks out with a smile. One of the best potbellys I've been to, coming from a long time customer
