  Currently been in the drive thru for over 30 minutes for 2 salads and still waiting! Will never come here again. The lack of any hustle from anyone was just sad! Definitely not what it used to be and I don't know what happened!

  they decent food but the service and the loioonnnnggg wait were terrible. I would not recommend it to people I don't like.
  Crestwood is so much nicer and faster .

  This Portillo's is sort of a roulette. Sometimes you can go there and its amazing. A well ran Portillo's location has some of the best fast food around. However, if you go on off day, be prepared for long waits and order confusion. As someone who frequents this particular Portillo's quite often and has done so for the past 15-20 years, the consistency in service has degraded and I never know anymore if I'll walk out happy or annoyed. This includes weekends and weekdays.
  
  Majority of the time, the food is delicious and hot, but lately at this location, that can be overshadowed by a long wait and general disorganization of the management and employees. My order has been messed up more times in the past 2 years than it ever was in the past 15. Management is always receptive to this and they correct the order, but the inconsistency is frustrating. I love the food but unfortunately, this location isn't what it used to be.
