  Employees lack basic, fundamental skills like counting. Asked an employee on the phone how many of a certain product they had in stock. Employee physically went to check. Came back on the phone 15 minutes later and said 4. Said that I would buy all of them and to place on hold. Got there and found out the employees count of four was actually 7. Guess counting isn't necessary when dealing with stock.
