  On Saturday, 10/11/14 at 11:15 am, I went to your Service Department and indicated I just needed 2 lug nuts installed and all the lugs torked. I explained I was from out of town and the previous day we had lost 2 lug nuts and were towed but that repair shop didn't have any replacements so they moved one from each rear to the front. Your Service Department Manager said they were too busy and that I could come back on Monday. I said it would take10 minutes if that and he said nothing available until Monday. Real Customer Service here.........NOT! For a high end vehicle dealer your customer service Sucks and I have told everyone I know and posted it on Facebook as well to never go to this facility!
