  Came in at about 5:15pm on a Wednesday night. Greeted right away. Signed in and registered and in the exam room within 30 minutes. All staff was very polite. While waiting for xrays, a woman came in to ask how I was doing. She also was there to talk about the South suburban family shelter that helps with domestic violence against men and women which I thought was very cool. They asked me a few questions and let me know to spread the word. I especially liked that they offer that little consult in the room while waiting for the doctor. Got xrays at around 6:15pm. Got results by 6:45pm and was out the door by 7:15pm. Really clean and fast place. Made me feel welcome.

  Ironic as the name sounds, you will find yourself waiting for several hours before getting to see the doctor, no matter what the situation, they have 10000 nurses but 1 doctor. This place is redicoulus. Never come here unless you wanna die waiting. P.S. if there was a 0 star rating I would still be disappointed not to find the negative star ratings because I rate this negative 5

  We sent our son there one night due to an eye injury AFTER calling to make sure they were open, AND to confirm they were an Urgent Care Center, which we were told they were. After a 5 minute examination he was given some eye drops and told to follow up with his doctor. He is now being billed over a thousand dollars and his insurance cannot cover it because they refuse to bill as an Urgent Care Center, which they clearly are. We are being told they consider themselves an emergency room extension of the hospital and bill as such. This is a total SCAM with the sole intention of circumventing your insurance company and stealing your hard earned money. They clearly knew this as soon as they saw his insurance card. DON'T BE FOOLED!
