  Family Hyundai lives up to their name. Whenever I'm there I'm treated like family. I bought the tire and wheel program and one day after work I got a flat. I used Hyundai Road Service to change my tire. While I was waiting for them to arrive I called Al at Family Hyundai and told him I had a flat and he said to come in after the tire was changed and he would have a loaner car ready for me. I got there after closing time, but there was Al waiting for me with the car warmed up and papers ready to sign so I could be on my way. My tire was replaced the next day. This is exceptional service and although this was the most memorable and outstanding service, it is the kind of service that is always given. Thanks Al and Family Hyundai.

  A complete waste of my time. Initially, I was ignored, I guess l didn't have the right color skin for this family. With perfect credit, I felt I was being overcharged. And, I was correct. Went.to another dealer and purchased the perfect car at a very good price.

  Disown this Family! The only reason they get even 1 star from me is because I couldn't give them a zero star. I spent 3 hours at Family and eventually shook hands on a deal with the salesperson on a brand new 2018 Hyundai Sport. Where I come from and the way I was raised, you shake hands on a deal, then it's a DEAL. The Salesperson brought out paperwork for us to sign and even started registering us in Hyundai's blue link program. He then excuses himself and comes back and says there's "a problem" with the deal. I would have to extend my loan another 9 months. "It's the same payment per month" he tells me. Are you kidding me?!?! I am in my late 50's and have bought my fair share of vehicles in my lifetime, but I have NEVER agreed to a deal, shook hands on it, and then be subjected to this kind of bait and switch BS. They can, and probably do, get away with this con with people who have never gone through the car-buying experience, but I am shocked they would try it on someone who is a little older and has purchased many vehicles before. I will never set foot in this dealership again and highly recommend avoiding this place. I ended up at another local Hyundai dealer and I got a better deal in half the time. Funny thing is when I related my story to the dealer where I ended up purchasing my Sport, he smiled and said that sadly he has heard similar stories about Family. I suggest they rename their dealership to SCAMily.
