  I've been coming here a number of years. If you have an appointment with a certain technician, I feel that you should be taken at that time, not told to come back later because they obviously are taking walk-ins . This has happened on several occasions and I went along with it up until yesterday. I called for an appointment with a certain technician, and was told to "come in now and she will take you". Got there in less than 5 mins., and was told to come back in 1 1/2 hrs. Are you kidding me!!! Left and went to another place in that same mall. Completely different atmosphere! I have to agree with some of the other reviews as well. Very loud, unprofessional, and the staff constantly talks among themselves and you know that sometimes they are talking about the clients. Very disappointed yesterday.
