  All the staff is friendly, professional and welcoming. Absolute A+. I had a front head light out and I asked if they replaced them. Upon informing me of the price I said I'd like to research pricing for a moment. After I decided I wanted them to replace it I found out they were already replacing it for free! I went to the front desk to pay for it because I appreciated their gesture and the head mechanic came up and told the cashier to only charge me 9$, which is the price of the bulb. Very much appreciated. On top of this, the Groupon came with a free car wash and front seat interior clean. They did a fantastic job on that too. Absolutely recommend the Car Spa. They treat people well and with respect.
  
  Bummer to see some poor reviews, could have been old staff or people having a bad day I would guess. As for a review about the front desk lady being mean. She was an absolute sweetheart so I don't expect it is the same person.

  Full detailed car wash, full synthetic oil change, AND full flush and refill of ALL the fluids needed for the car... for less than $70 you can't beat it!
