  I have an experience to share that I had with your service department. I called to see if I could get my 2014 Maserati ghibli Sq4 in because the front was squeaking very loudly when idling. I was told no loaner available but that I would be able to drop it off and have it looked at. I delivered the car and was called back in about an hour to be informed it was diagnosed( that term was used very loosely) the alternator driver belt and the compressor driver belt. I was told it would not be covered under warranty and would be right under $500 to fix. Being a full time student, on top of being a full time nurse I really did not have a choice but to have it done as this is for my rental car business I am starting and the car was already booked this weekend. I was called about two hours later stating the car has been fixed and it ready for pickup. I went with my boyfriend as soon as we could to pick up the car. I paid the $500 and was given the car back. I had to go straight to school so my boyfriend took the car home to clean it and have it ready for the weekend. About 5 minutes after we leave he FaceTime me and it sounds like my car is being murdered. I asked him to take it back to the dealer immediately. He pulls in and asks what is going on, (from this point we have the entire process video recorded). They said they would have to keep the car and would let us know tomorrow morning. But wouldn't explain if we would get refunded the money. So the questions I have is which of these actions happened?
  Was the problem not diagnosed properly because he technicians are not competent enough to do so and we were ripped off paying work we don't need?
  Was the problem was not fixed correctly because (if fixed at all) and we paid for shoddy work (if any work at all)?
  Most importantly Which of these would be an acceptable scenario ?
  
  But ultimately I want to know what actions will be taken to make this right with me, I work hard to be able to afford a car as nice as the Maserati and do not feel the treatment was in tune with what a Maserati owner should be given. Looking forward to hearing ideas for a resolution to this.
