  If I was rating this place on facility and staff alone I would give it 5 stars, but given the problems on the monetary side of it, and their lack of willingness to work together in resolution of this issue, I had to knock it down to 3 stars for the overall experience. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone, but make sure you get your quote in writing to avoid any misunderstandings. Please read below if you would like the full details on our experience.
  
  Originally I gave this place 1 star. I believe I was quoted over the phone 1095 facility fee, but then asked to pay 1995 the day prior to surgery. This is largely my fault for taking a verbal quote and not getting it in writing through email or fax. Had I gotten in writing I would have either had proof of the 1095 I was quoted or noticed the 900 discrepancy prior to my son's surgery date. I still believe I was quoted 1095. I even read back the quote for clarification when I called. A few days later my wife called back to schedule the appointment and verify the quote she also heard 1095.
  
  This could all be a big misunderstanding. The lady giving me the quote very easily could have said "one thousand nine ninety five" and I heard "one thousand ninety five". When we verified the price and asked if the cost was "one thousand ninety five' she should have very easily heard "one thousand nine ninety five". Could have probably all been avoided if she gave the quote as "one thousand nine HUNDRED ninety five". No way to mishear that. Or when we verified the quote instead of asking if it was "one thousand ninety five" we should have read out the numbers and asked if the cost is 1095 (one-zero-nine-five). No way to mishear that.
  
  The extra 900 I was asked to pay is not going to break me. At the same time they are large surgery center that I am sure makes a ton of money so the 900 was not going to break them either. Because of the magnitude of the misunderstanding I believe we should have been able to reach an agreement where I pay 450 more than quoted and the surgery center takes 450 less than quoted. I believe that would have been more appropriate and satisfactory customer service. From the business aspect of how this all went down and how I was treated on the phone when trying to resolve this issue I give this place 1 star
  
  Money aside my wife said the facility was great and the staff was even better. She said all staff was very kind, patient, and understanding with my 4 year old son. She said she could not have been happier and more impressed on how the staff was with my son. If rating this place on staff/facility alone I would give it 5 stars and recommend to everyone without reservation.
