  I helped my parents in picking out tile for a remodel of their master bathroom. They didn't exactly know what they wanted when they walked in the door. The salesman (Ed, I think) was SOOOO accommodating and helpful. He wasn't pushy or overbearing and let us walk around by ourselves, yet whenever we seemed to have a question he almost magically appeared. lol. Anyway, he was incredibly patient with us when we changed our minds over and over and offered very helpful advice when needed. He was also very knowledgable. My Dad has been a general contractor for 30+ years and recently gave up on a past supplier. He said he will direct all his customers to The Tile Shop from now on. We were incredibly happy with their service and products.
